The missus is competing in the Canterbury Tri Sprint on 7th July 2013.
Basically consists of:- 400m swim, 21km cycle ride & 5 km run.

The Lullaby Trust is the new name of FSID, the charity dedicated to saving babies’ lives. We support families shattered by the death of a baby; promote expert advice on safer baby sleep; support research into why babies die suddenly and unexpectedly and campaign to prevent sudden infant death.
In brief, Matilda's mum is a friend of the wife's, so the story behind choosing this particular charity can be found here:-
