Any one got any experience of using one of the Metal motorbike sheds from either Trimetals or Securit-GB.

With no garage I want to put my new Adventure in a lovely warm secure shed

I am favouring Securit because they have "proper" roofs and the doors looks look a little more chunky

I've just got a motorbike metal shed, but finding it a bit of a pain because the bike actually gets wetter than outside under a cover:eek:, condensation, warm days ,cold nights metal shed:spitfire any body have any ideas how to stop this??

I have a trimetals one.
It's just a metal shed.
Takes a fair while to construct, but its pretty solid once it's up.
It was the only option at the time as it's the only one that would take three bikes (pre GS).
If it's just one bike you are after getting in there is probably better options.

You could try insulating the walls. If you get the foil faced foam sandwiched insulation it is very thin but effective. Be sure you don't block off any ventilations.
Most effective is a garage/greenhouse heater tho.

Quite a few DIY stores are doing 'specials' on foil backed loft insulation that'd help.

That ex-army 'Good Life' bloke made a dead cheap solar heater too...
