It was all going so well...Friday had the new Tourances put on :bounce1
Sunday time to get them scrubbed in so set off on a ride up over the moors round into Yorkshire, Haworth, Skipton then off to Leeds. Stopped for a few mins on the way to leeds to re route the sat nav. Big mistake
Misery number 1 the bike died, battery had given up wouldn't even turn over. I had managed to find the only part of Yorkshire without even a lump in the road never mind a hill to try an bump start the old girl. so time to call the AA By this time it was pouring down:blast. Luckily they arrived within 10 mins. centre panel off and a jump start managed to get home. took battery off topped it up and charged it.:clap

Monday set off for work no problem. about 2 miles later.....Misery number 2. I managed to find a nail in the road right between the tread on my 2 day old tyres:forry. Managed to get a lift back home picked up wifeys bike and off to work.
Father in law picked the bike up and took it to be repaired. New tube and repair £27 :) need a drink!

Tuesday set off for work. 500 yrds from work temp light came on:whatthefe.
Pulled into car park, Misery number 3, got off to find coolant pissing out of the radiator :reaper
Finished work at lunch and managed to ride to the garage. They gave it the once over and a test.... Verdict.... Need a new rad!:firemth. Left it with them to await the bill.

Bike is in local bike place All Bikes in Rochdale, I believe the guy, dealt with em loads over time and he's an ex BMW mechanic.
I'm due a service anyway so they are gonna do it whilst the bike is srtipped down. I have already bought new K&N air filter and irridium plug with new chain and sprockets and he said he would fit em for me in the garage. and if the rad aint fixable I can source my own new one and just take it in.
Nice guy really
Do you know where i can get a new rad. Phoned BMW, £167 from them
