Trouble finding address on 2610, but easy on PC using Mapsource/CN

I had to drop off a package to a guy in Petersfield today.

Cranked up Mapsource and found it right away.

Went out to the bike and tried to do the same thing and I wasn't even able to get the street name ...

FWIW, the address is in Rother Close, Sheet, Petersfield GU31 4DN.

Have I made some fundamental error? How can I get the 2610 to find the place?

As it happens, I took the 2610 indoors and connected to the PC and copied the route across.

Funny you should say that............. I'm very much a newbie when it comes to the 2610, but I have had similar problems. I enter a street name and it can't find it. The only way I have found to get around it so far is to go to "Find City" and enter in your case, Petersfield. Then press "show on map" then press "Find Address" and enter the street name and press go to. I hope that was clear? If anyone has a better way, then I'd be happy to learn.
