I bought a Belstaff Classic Tourist Trophy over summer. Its a great jacket and I figured its perfect for the autumn/spring riding here in Istanbul and I can potter around town, leave the bike and not look like a complete biker.

But I'm thinking I need some trousers to go with it and my Streetguards just won't do... Any thoughts as to styles etc. that go with this sort of jacket?

Loads of biker 'denim' jeans on the market now (over here atleast). I have Red Route Jeans for London summer commuting which are good (unless you need waterproof stuff). Does it rain in Istanbul in summer/autumn?

A friend still swears by his 1970s vintage Belstaff jacket. He has used it to go to the Elefantreffen. He rarely wears anything other than standard jeans, with overtrousers if raining or cold.

It seems Belstaff do their own jeans if you are feeling flush

It's nice to see the Belstaff brand back in motorcycle gear, after its sojurn as an Italian fashion brand, but their prices are a bit steep.

city pants

hey hey hey

Grey BMW city pants, they are bike trousers but presentable and ok with a smartish boot. Nicely tailored and the black v grey will set you off nicely sir.

Not water proof though so keep those under yer seat.
