Trying to locate a horn...

I know I read about it here, but I can't find the damn thread!!!

I was a very special horn... For the first two seconds of the button press it gave the regular horn sound. But hold longer and the sound changed to a horrifying Gazillion decibel warbling tone like an emergency vehicle or some such thing. Perfect for stopping idiots from turning in front of you or pulling out of driveways.

Anyone have an idea of where the thread was about this horn?

IIRC this was an Aussie who designed this together with a Stebel Nautilus horn. I think it also operated the headlight at the same time as the horn which was one reason I wouldn't consider it. Sorry, couldn't find a link.

THAT is the one I was looking for!! Thanks so much for posting the link!
Although I don't often use my horn (I prefer to drive (or at least think I do) more defensively, I'd love to have this as a fallback...

Hi a similar effect can be had by running both the original horn and a nautilus together. there is a slight delay as the compressor buids up (for the nautilus) but as this is happening the original horn is already sounding.
loads of threads on this, some where on this forum.
