TT Pannier question

Is there an alternative supply situation for the 3" or 7cm loops, bungee - attachment -points (or whatever they are called) that sit on top of our TTZega panniers?
Quick look in local hardware shops reveals handles that are too broad. So any help would be appreciated.

Try a chandlers - all sorts of fixings available from them.

Hein Gericke do tie-down tabs - have a look at their site, or search on here for the thread where someone fitted them to their Vario panniers.
