tune up

Sure all this has been thrashed out somewhere but wondered which way to go with tune up.
Seems like 'y' piece is a must then chip. Bb chp or Techlusion, what's the difference?
And is the standard pipe open enough (as cat seems to strangle things) or is after mkt can a must to get full effect. I don't want much more noise just more mid range go!

I've just fitted a Remus Revolution titanium and a Y pipe in about an hour, sounds nice without being OTT (with the baffle in). The difference in performance is very noticable. Can't help with the chip though....
