Wanted Turning / Lathe Work

I have a stainless steel steering head nut that I need modified . Basically I need a small section of the shoulder turning down to a smaller diameter . Can anyone either recommend someone who could do this for me or even better help me out themselves . I’m based in the northeast but could obviously post it in a Jiffy bag if there is no one local

If you look at the picture below the small shoulder on the RHS which is around 2-3mm I length would need to be increase to 8mm in length

As a by the by,
Charlie ordered a Chinese copy of the above from Ali express for about £12 vs the £50 U.K. suppliers are asking.
When it arrived ,the shoulder that you want to modify was over length ( exactly what you are asking for)
So he machined it down.
If of interest,let me know and I’ll get more details from him.
Probably cheaper to get a chinky one than posting yours to me

Yes please , if you can pass on the details , I did see some made in
China ones listed on eBay that looked correct but they didn’t have any dimensions to be sure they would work
