We have spent the last 4 days out on the bikes so we thought we would let you lot know what we were doing

Well we started on Thursday night and took a quick trip over to Dan yr Ogof Showcaves too meet up with some friends. We had to meet the first minister for the Welsh Assembly on friday and do a little demonstration for him.

Mr Mabel trying to find the little boys room - no, no lovely that's a landrover

We spent the night at Dan yr Ogof showcaves where we put on a demonstration for the welsh first minister with the mountain rescue team. Once we had finished up on the friday we packed up the bikes and head off to fishguard. We rode down the nicest countryside. We went up to Senni bridge for fuel and over the ranges and down to Builth. We were dodging the rain clouds but they caught us.

We headed over to Rhyader and over the Rhyader pass which was the best road lovely and twisty, long sweeping bends and mad sheep.

From here we headed over Devils Bridge where we stopped for coffee and a lovely cake. We then headed over Tregaran and we came across this little place.

There was a very strange man walking along, with bright red hotpants saying something about being the only gay in the village. Not quite sure what that was about.

We head back on Sunday, up over Elan Valley,

over the brecon beacons and then we stopped for a burger at RAC corner.

We took a slightly different route home taking the Heol Senni to Ystradfellte road which was great and twisty. We then headed over the mountain roads (Rhiggos and Bwlch) where we stopped for our last cup of tea

We covered over 400 miles and had a fantastic time.
