Can't stand M/ways or duel cabbages, so used this route a few times, approx 7.5 with photo stops, a good days ride!
This is a good way across France and takes in some great roads through the Vosages Mountains before hitting the twistys in "Jonny Black" Forest
We have stayed at both places loads of times, Carol and Ian are great, home from home! Just enlarge map at A & B for hotels, Gasthof Neubierhausle is great, top food and Bridget the owner is absolutely barking!
