Front valve bog standard
Rear valve one of them stupid high pressure jobbies. how do i get air in on one of them?

I got one of those 90 degree extentions and fit it when I check or inflate the reat tyre. Suppose it could be left on but I think it would cause some imbalance..

I had one of those "90 degree extentions" and left it on permanently. I would say that I never noticed any imbalance, although there was a definate whistling noise - the pitch varied depending on how fast you were going.

The whistling has since stopped as some scrote nicked my extension.
