Hi, i have Bridgestone battle wings on at the mo and they are almost at the end of their life.... my brother swares by tourance on his 04 r1200gs. My question is.... are the Tourance ok for the heavier adventure, should i go for the EXP's... or the Distanzia are meant to be really good...

I do mostly road riding but, weekend green lane, nothing heavy, just dirt roads and lanes... oh and i like scratching round corners... i have had my battle wings to the edge.

Go for the original Tourance - the best tyre ever made:rob

the battle wings are ok, the rear just squares off really fast and i dont ridr bolt upright.... and they are rubbish on the dirt....

I've Avon Distanza's on my 1150GSA and think there fantastic, grip in the dry very good and give loads of confidence in the wet,

will be re-shoe the beast with these again :thumb
