Can anyone recommend the best place to get tyres bought and fitted in central scotland?

I live in Fife but work in Edinburgh so there must be a few options. This is the first tyre change I've had on the 12GS so not sure where is good and where is not. I have anakees on at the moment and get on quite well with them. The rear has managed 7k which is pretty good.

Any help appreciated.

I recommend Strathearn Tyres at Crieff :thumb2

You may have to phone to ensure that they have the tyres in stock, but they are good on price and quality of service.

Look at it this way - the bike dealers can survive without tyre sales.............. the tyre places can't. :thumb2

I thought about changing to a more sports/touring tyre on my GSA this time, but after exploring the edges of my Tourances this year, and finding that I got about 8,000 miles out of the rear.............. decided to stick with the same :thumb2

Cheers guys. I have used strathearn in the past and they have been v good. Got good quotes for Tourances and anakees, with anakees being £15 more expensive. All I have to do now is decide which to go for. Think I will try the tourances as everyone seems to like them.:thumb2

If Anakees are better - It's probably more in peoples' minds :rob
