Brief overview: waterproof well made slim and lightweight unit from Interphone, IP67 rated, Mesh 2.0 enabled and has conventional Bluetooth comms for up to 4 riders in a group. Good phone app which helps with set up. Paired to my Navi 6 which already has my phone paired to it, so seamless integration of phone to intercom when on the move and off the bike with helmet on to around 10m from the bike.
Intercom is very clear with good volume to 60mph (not even at loudest setting) and works at M/way speeds flawlessly between riders. One touch mesh means easy open mesh use or easy to pick a channel and have riders join a closed group. Easy to install on my shark lid which accomodates the battery pack in a compartment at the back and has the optional battery holder for external mounting. Antenna is coupled to the main unit as a flip up device similar to some sena systems. Uses sena derived circuits so pairs instantly with all sena units. Tried it with a mate using a 10u, connected with one touch pairing and comms were excellent to over half a mile or more (claimed 1600m range but that depends on what it's connected to). You just tap the comms button to end the chat to save battery but incoming comes gives an audible chirp so you can accept or reject. Automatically pairs after first paring with a brief touch of the comms button, so all in all couldn't be easier. Phone calls easy to receive using VOX or by tapping a button or can be made using vox or by using the Nav 6 to pull up your phone list. Very clear sound at both ends. No need to bond to the helmet as it has a handy clipped housing. Has to be charged on the helmet as the unit is hard wired
FM radio is pants like most of them. More intuitive and easier to use than Sena systems imho and better made. Wired mic very good indeed and bettered even the boom mic on a cardo unit I tried.
Exceptionally good intercom for the money (now it's discounted) which imho betters sena. It'll be interesting to compare it with the SRL Mesh unit bought for my other helmet
