Well we made it. Great few days in Morocco, which managed to tick all the boxes. Bikes parked in the hotel in Fes, wild camping, monkey jumping on the back of my bike to claim the oranges (it failed bit caused me a wobble) remote piste, haggling for every last penny, helmet off ride for the camera. And the mad dash north on the motorway to get back to Ceuta in time.
Next time we won't bother with much north of Fes and try to get south asap. Make sure we carry a few more Dirhams and start looking for suitable bit of scrub at least 3 hrs before sunset. Oh and we will check what is hanging in the tree before we eat lunch under it. Seemed that there were several pairs of legs hanging there (photo below). Some fresher than others. Can anyone shed anylight on what that is about??
My two mates are still on the ferry back to Plymouth, shorter trip for me.
Pic of Monday lunch location below too. Beats the work canteen hey?!
Thank you for all the advice, it helped us make a great trip out of it.
