UKGSer mail and NTL

For some reason, some of us on NTL broadband seem to be having probs and are getting invalid password messages when trying to pick up emails sent to our UKGSer email addresses.

I'm still hanging on the phone after 20 mins to them, but it's definately an NTL end prob not a UKGSer prob (Paul checked with me earlier by creating my account on his machine and it worked, plus I can get to my fanum*at*ukgser.com mails via mail2web.com as well.)

I'll report back if I can muster enough patience to stay on the line or I learn anything else.
