I've been using this for a year now. Some of you might have seen me in it at some of the gatherings, including Syco's do last month.

It is the Tucano Urbano Nano compact waterproof breathable jacket

I usually wear it over my armored ventilated summer jacket to act as a wind-breaker and an easy on waterproof layer. When I don't want it on I can simply screw it up and put it in my pocket.
I've noticed too that some of those who have the BMW Twat suits complain about the hassle of having to remove the jacket to put the waterproof lining back in. With this in mid I thought some of the residents of this site might be interested it having one in their collection as it where.

The Mens come in 7 sizes form 'S-4XL' As a sizing reference I wear a 2XL and the external chest measurement with me in it is; 45"/115cm £45.00 posted

The Ladies is in 5 sizes from 38-46 £45.00 posted

Their is also one made for the little ones as well in 5 sizes from 4-12 years at £30.00 posted

They all come in either Red or Black and are available to order, though I might carry a few in stock if there is enough demand.

I can also get the matching Nano trousers at £30.00 for the children's, and £35.00 posted for the Mens. They don't do a womens specific in the trousers, and they only come in black.

I'm about to put in an order to Tucano.
Is there anything anyone would like me to include ie; Muffs, Gauchos, Nano's, helmet bags or anything else Tucano Urbano?

Let me know asap.

Cheers Val.

Any idea what size a 45" chest would be ?? Any idea on sleeve lengths ?

I take it there's no hood with the adult version ?

I measured myself round the outside of the chest of my ventilated armored jacket which is 45".

In a jumper and no jacket on I measure 39", I ware a 2XL Nano which has room to maneuver.

Being an Italian design, the sleeves are quite long. I have very long arms for my hight and have no problems with sleeve length. The sleeves have Velcro closures around the wrists too.

I usually wear a size 'L' so I'd say that if you go two sizes larger than your vented jacket size, bearing in mind the bulkiness of your own ventilated jacket (mine is neither bulky nor tight).

Re the hood;
My own Nano jacket does have a hood tucked into the collar. I have no reason to dought the current ones shouldn't also have a hood.

Cheers Val, I was thinking about for underneath my 'stich for when it rains real heavy !

They are extremely light weight (Rip stop too) so would fit easily under just about anything.

The Italians don't seem too interested in armor in there jackets so they tend not to be too bulky.
