Used to be top dealer on service, they still sell well but when I enquired about a corrossion warranty claim on panniers, never got a call back from them despite calls to them. Service costs now through the roof and minor gripe but I bought a 1200GSA from them fitted with autocom and Zumo. I couldnt get my iphone to work through it, could hear but not talk. They didnt want to know. On replacing the Autocom with my Starcom I found one of the leads had been chafed on installation by them.:(

SO in conclusion Sales brilliant but their workshop is now pants. This could be because the best bloke in the workshop, Steve Nash,(only say it coz he may read this:hug) has been allowed to escape into the sales arena.

They are under relatively new ownership so this maybe the cause. Ive bought four (and had five through their help) bikes before this one but they are not the dealership they used to be.
