Unable to take screenshots and it's bugging me now

This is starting to piss me off now...the problem's back.
The keyboard is identified properly, the language settings are all correct, everything else works, it's just not copying anything to the clipboard when I hit 'prtscn'
The wireless signal is perfect and the battery levels are fine......
I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them, and downloaded and installed the latest ones from MS again just to make sure.......yet I still can't take a screenshot.....it's just not working
Any more ideas????
Fanum - does this keyboard have a function lock? ie Are the function keys 'dual purpose' - normal F1 F2 etc, totally different with the lock off and you have them in the wrong mode?
