I bought this from a kind gent of this parish but unfortunately it doesn’t fit my iPhone 15 pro max 6”7. It would work with smaller phones so the sort of 6”1 and smaller I would suggest.
I don’t know many details other than it’s like the spider type x style phone holder with a usb A output under a protective cover. So you should also be able to plug in another item to charge on a cable.
It’s got a switch so if you hardwire to the battery it can be switched off.
All I’m after is what I paid, £30 delivered..
