Standard XT spec plus original Suzuki side cases.
First service stamp in book at 600 miles... next one due at 7,500 or March 2026 (I'll have it serviced before sale)
Original user manual + both keys

In "as new" condition.... only damage that I can find are some marks on the seat caused by the straps they put on your bike on the ferry, and some scuffs on the side cases, probably caused by me falling over them on the garage floor.

I had an earlier 2014 model. I did lots of miles including a two up trip to Provence involving a convoluted route through the Massif Central going down and over to the west coast to come back. It never missed a beat, coped with a pillion and panniers without bother (the footrests are nice and low for a pillion and so quite roomy) and I recall it averaged a fraction under 70mpg. I remember coming past Le Man on the motorway as dozens of classic car exotica were leaving the races. We were in the company of a stunning array of cars and travelling ‘cheek by jowel’ in the rain. I looked at the speedo and we had been cruising at 100mph (allegedly-ahem). That bike and the 2005 V Strom it replaced stood out as the most reliable bikes I’ve owned. No faults, no breakdowns and no recalls. Not even a blown bulb. Superb! They are not state of the art for suspension or brakes but they are solid reliable workhorses that do most things very well, plus they’ll put a smile on your face if you give them the beans. A V twin is a lovely motor and sweet as a nut at this capacity.
Buy this bike and it’ll stand you in good stead for many years.
I was in a Triumph dealers today and a new Tiger 900 had a £15k ticket give or take a couple of quid. Yes it’s a much better bike but in one year it’ll depreciate almost as much as this one would cost you. Food for thought.
