Kaister, to many on here (not this thread but UKGSer) V twins are an alternative spiritual belief. One that I subscribe to however. I'm of the persuation that bikes should be simple, a twin is as many cylinders as a bike needs IMHO, BMW have proved their layout works, even if two stiky out lumps of cylinder kinda of flys in the wind of common sense...but then when the boxer was conceived people weren't scratching to quite the same degree.
