Valve Clearance - '04 Husaberg

Any tips on getting the engine to TDC please.

With the plug out I've tried using the back wheel / kick start to get the engine to TDC. However, it's impossible to get it to move smoothly and get it to TDC due, I guess, to the steep cam profile

There is no nut on the drive shaft so I can't get a socket on there.

I'm thinking I'm gonna have to remove the generator cover and get a socket on the end of the crank there...........

Put it in 4th gear and 'bump' the wheel around by hand

Inlet closed last but I'm sure you know that

Using feelers is a real pain, I do the adjuster finger tight and back off one flat.

4th gear - I'm a twit sometimes; used first gear and was convinced I needed to use a low gear

It's been a long week...............
