Vario case spare parts UK

Can anyone point me in the direction of spare parts lists to repair a Vario case? Dropped bike on holiday last year and case is still functional except the adjustable bit is a bit glitchy and one of the plastic adjuster threads ahs disintegrated!
Went to main dealer and they offered me a complete unit at over £450 !

Buy a secondhand one and strip out the pieces you need?

Won’t the dealership have an exploded diagram of the case? Assuming that is, parts are available individualy.

I would but cheapest i have found are not much cheaper than new lol and most are in pairs

Look on realoem. There may be replacement parts available.
