Just put the vario's on the bike using the setting instructions for the mushrooms

"A clearly perceptible initial resistance" when fitting the case- say what??

is that when snapping the lock tab down?

And how rigid should they be once on?

Ive locked the tab on top, snapped the clasp on the side... but they still seem to have some play when you wiggle them?

The RH (Non exhaust) is pushed hard on the two bungs of the mount with the clasp shut,

but the LH touches the top bung, but seems to have clearance on the lower bung ?

Any ideas, or is this normal??

If its kaput, i need to rethink my traveling pack for tommorow

Santa, mine fitted nice and snug no movement.

Ive just check realoem, looks like there's some rubber liners..

Out with the masking tape methinks ;)

Applied electrical tape -:)

Much more rigid :)

Smogbob :thumb2 cheers will bear that in mind if i keep the panniers

Not sure on whether to go with them or just a roll bag /mat /tent

:)

Both have their uses, panniers are handy, as not easily nicked off bike when stopping for a coffee, during petrol stop, or on a ferry, rollbag is awesome to just stuff everything in. :D
