Vario top case mount

I'm new t the forum after having my new, well new to me, 2015 GS TE delivered today. I managed to keep hold of the vario top case I had on my 800GS and was wondering if there is mount for the 1200 so that I can use it on that without buying a new top case.

I have done a search on the net but am a little confused (easy done)

Thanks but it's no good, already have that on the bike but the Vario case for the 800 appears to be different from the 1200��

I went down the road of attaching an older pre watercooled vario top box onto my 15 plate LC GS, involved getting a suitable sized piece of 6mm aluminium plate from ebay.

Mounted it on the rear of the GS with stand offs to the hole centres on the rack and attached the vario adaptor plate to the plate via bored and tapped fixing holes. Been using it for years now with no issues.

The plate was cut and fashioned to be the same footprint as the adaptor.
