For sale is my 2017 Kawasaki Z1000SX in the rare and best Burnt Candy Orange colour, the finish is spectacular and looks fantastic in bright sunshine.

Bit of a back story; a mate of mine asked me to buy it off me two years ago. We agreed a price and he gave me a deposit; however, as he was going through a shitty divorce at the time he asked me to keep it in my garage until his divorce and the finances were settled. I rolled the bike into the garage, put it on an Optimate and covered it up and it hasn't turned a wheel since. Roll forward and he finally has his divorce hearing on March 27th but he now doesn't think he will be in a position to buy the bike DOH!

So I now offer up a great example of what has been the most popular sports tourer in the UK for many years for sale.

It sailed through the MOT on Tuesday 19th this week and it has done just 2700 dry miles, the bike is immaculate and as good as new condition. Serviced by a Kawasaki dealer and with almost new tyres.

The bike has:
  1. Colour matched hard luggage and pannier bags (used once).
  2. A quick release tank bag ring and a 9 litre tank bag.
  3. Factory fitted 12v accessory socket.
  4. Factory fitted satnav mount for a Garmin.
  5. Factory fitted heated grips.
  6. Riding and traction control modes.
  7. Colour matched single seat hump (I have the original pillion seat also).
  8. R&G front fork crash bungs.
  9. Optimate lead fitted to the battery.
  10. Datatag and factory alarm/immobiliser.
I have researched Autotrader and there are bikes on there of similar age selling for £6500 but with 15-20k or more mileage.

With that in mind, given the very low mileage and for what is almost a new bike I am offering this at a very reasonable Tosser price of £6500 and I will throw in a Garmin Zumo 660 to sweeten the deal.

I also have an Abba pro-superbike stand for getting the bike upright for cleaning and checking which I will include for £50 if the buyer needs it.

Great bikes. I had one a few years ago. More grunt than a GS. 😉 They pull well in top from 30 mph. Great for Scratching or Touring.
Free Bump.

Absolutely I had a 2014 model for a couple of years. Go like stink but the engine is very smooth and not at all annoying on motorway stretches unlike some fours. GLWS a lot of effectively new bike for the money.

Stunning bikes I’ve had 2 this one is a lot of bike for not a lot of money proper colour and panniers as well, top box rack and top box and your all set to go anywhere
Have a bump snoots decent machine for very decent price
Rob
