Villa or apartment to rent in Languedoc?

Can anyone recommend somewhere to rent for a week at the end of August? Anywhere fairly near to the coast, from Perpignan round to Montpellier, with a few restaurants nearby. Doesn't need to be huge - 2 adults and a 4 month old.

SWMBO says no sidecar so will either have to fly or take the car this year.
