If you strip the panels off its about £200 for tank, beak and side panels if its done in clear film its fine.

£450 that is an absolute fortune

try about £120 and £60 fitting from venture shield

and yes I have had it done on a K1300S and a K1600GT both bikes for £380

Your original post states clear or patterned and the cost is £450 so assumption is thatb the cost either way is £450.
