I know one or two have expressed interest in long distance rallies (if only to shut Dave and I up about them :)). I am running a Virtual Rally next Sunday evening - basically you are sent a rallybook containing a number of bonus locations and you have to devise a route as if you were going to ride it, including fuel stops. The virtual bit is that you don't actually have to then ride it!

Further details are on my website at www.thegrimrider.com. Currently have 'riders' from England, Scotland, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Sweden, South Africa, America, Russia and Australia so an international field!

If you are interested let me know and I will send you examples of the rallybook and entry form.

I looked but while I plan the end points I don't plan the route. I'm not a road rep aiming for total travel efficiency so can't be bothered faffing with the computer when I could be out riding.
Sorry and all that but the question was asked.
Saying that the Zumo is handy for tracking where I've been so I can look it up another day.

No problem Bendy - everyone is entitled to their opinion, although you don't seem to get the point of competitive rallies my friend - it helps if you know your route :)
