Computer professional since 1989; I use AVG on all three of my home PCs. I only don't use it at work cos we have a corporate NAV licence. Also use Kerio Personal Firewall (bit complicated for most people probably but does give *complete* control over absolutely everything in and out, unlike Windows Firewall which only restricts inbound stuff), and filter the web through Proximodo. Primary email/browser is Thunderbird/Firefox.
