Up for the walk are:

DaveGSCymro
PWCymru
Yamonda1
Andy Higgins

I will travel down on the morning, for those camping a nice lie in for you :D

Sunrise is at 7.32 so would like to be ready to leave on the dot. Approximate time is 5 - 5.5 hours (this is the time given on various website) depending on whether we go over to Mynydd Moel before coming down so bring your lunch with you. :thumb

Start point will be by the campsite as shown below.

Will keep an eye on the weather over the next week.

Looking forward to it, apparently we may have another joining us.

What do you think Allan Davies, or was it just drink talking:D

Andy could you post up if your still going so we can arrange transport etc

Don't worry Dave, If it rains all week it should run-out be Friday evening:blast

Hopefully going up Pen-y-Fan tomorrow to stretch me legs

Sorry PW I was interested but my brother has just mithered me into marshalling at the Cambrain Rally the following Weekend, which put the chance of a stroll up some hill to bed :hide

I am going up for the Saturday or Sunday, one day only, your welcome to join in, if you like. I will bring the Andora route with me if you like :bounce1:bounce1

Might be interested in the Cambrian.

Well I made it up Pen-Y-Fan and down again with knees intact.

Wasn't too busy and weather was fine if a bit cool at the top Brrrrrr

The wreath was in memory of someone lost in 1943.

At the end of term in the college I work in we have a golf tournament, one of the chaps had not played for about 15 years. He went in the loft, found his old golf shoes and turned up on the day.

Somewhere on the 9th the sole came off his right shoe, carried on and then the other came off on the 16th, wasn't particularly uncomfortable as the fairways were smooth.

Has it got you wondering about your boots:augie
