I was thinking of getting a pair of wally flaps for my 1150 gs, do you know how effective they are?
Many thanks :Motomartin

Very effective.............................in making you look a wally!...lol

Fooot flaps

On the 1150 they work a treat.
They keep your Feet dry , and your Boots clean.
During Summer or warm spell they may keep your toeseys a little too warm
but are easily removed.

what if you got a ""Lever Bros" guarentee , if your not happy your money back

Got a pair of Civil's on the 12GS. Fitted them last winter and they worked a treat. Meant to take them off for the summer, but never quite got round to it.

So I've been a wally all year. :thumb

Got a pair on my 1150, keep my feet dry and warm in the winter, the bottom of my trousers still get dirty tho`
Great buy otherwise.

I put them on my 1150 for winter, along with muffs. Bike gets used everyday to commute. They work a treat. Both items look a bit daft, but I'm grown up enough to handle that....:)

I quite like riding in winter, less cocks around in London.....

Had a pair of wally flaps from Nippy Normans, functional....

Got a pair of Civils footflaps... better shape, better look...

Go for a pair of Civils :thumb2
