Hi All

Mañana.

This is a thoroughly entertaining and inspirational talk :bow; and all for less than the price of a TT Kleenex Tissue holder :augie . Were it not for Sam's S. America talk at HUUK '03 (and his encouragement :thumb2) I doubt I would have made either of my trips here to Patagonia.

Be there!

Regards, Mick :beerjug: (or should it be :aidan:beer:)

Is anybody going to Sam's talk from the Sandbach area that fancies meeting up on route?

What talk, who is Sam, when and where?

Forgot one - how much?

I live at Brereton, very near Sandbach

Anyone make it

Any of you lot make it, I was there, great talk well entertaining.

Can't believe that he still uses the same GS R80 as his only mode of transport that he used for the his 8 year travel adventure. 250+ thousand miles on the clock 2 sets of piston rings, 1 set of valves and 4 shafts and it still looks great.

Just proved what awesome motorcycles the GS BMW's are. Sam had nothing but praise for his R80, which he claims is female cause when he calls her she dumps him. :D.

All in all a few  good company with Rainy City Manchester Harley Owners Club.

I did see one GS 1150 with a Yellow tank cover, who was that?

when i get a minute I'll post some pics of Sam's bike and the venue.
