Will BMW change a warped front disc under warranty. The bloody thing is driving me mad!!!

I don't understand how the thing warped in the first place. I never do bunny hops on my front wheel, I always pull lightly on the brakes when coming to a stop.

Please help!!

Just had mine done at PL under warranty. RHS went, but changed disks and pads.

Just make sure you ask them to take it for a test ride if they say it's not warped. SLM sent me on my way as apparently the disks "NEVER warp"

that must be your problem then !!

I'm on my 6th or 7th set of discs (honestly can't remember) on my Adv - all replaced at no cost to me (warranty expired in Mar 04 - had 2 sets since then).

Beats me why it's happening too - do a search for 'warped discs' for more information...

perhaps you do have to perform a few bunny hops to smooth the kinks out?

Who was the lucky dealer performing the many disc changes?

I've booked mine in with Sawbridgeworth for the middle of October. I was told by the service guy that he didn't think BMW would do the work under warranty...Turn it in!!!
