Wasserhead achilles heel

Dealer says....

Went into dealer yesterday and was told warranty will be void if rad guards are fitted so if your engine blows remove the guards :blast
Dealer also said bmw are working on a rad guard that is designed not to restrict airflow .. Dunno how that will be any different to any other :D

It will get BMW some money , that's the difference.

Seriously thou I believe BMW have a tendency to make thinks well designed with neutral apperance.

Some aftermarket guards are great but might not appeal to most people aestetics.
I wait till BMW make their own and then decide.

Probably will be angled stators, rather than a grille, look at a 80s DT 125 LC and you'll get the idea.
