Weathers been a bit wet as late so me and Rob thought we would go and see how much fun we could have on the heavy weights :D

It was bound to happen sooner or later with all the rain we have had :eek

But when ?
Started off well if a bit overgrown

This little stream is well slippy

As Rob is about to find out

100_1365Large.jpg

Still under full control :augie

This was a real tricky bit through the forest...Tree roots mud + 1150

100_1374Large-1.jpg

Some dry bits

100_1377Large.jpg

100_1379Large.jpg

And some wet bits where the locals were using boats

100_1383Large.jpg

That will wash the mud off

100_1387Large.jpg

well maybe not

100_1386Large.jpg

This was the one...not only did it clean Robs bike he came out looking like he had been through the washing machine
Rob got half way across and then disaster nearly struck...Rob got caught off balance and nearly dropped the beast...I had to drop the camera and jump in to help now my feet were as wet as his :thedummy
We had a bit of fun trying to get it out with the back end sinking into the mud and gravel almost to the seat
If you look back at the first pic you can see the muc in the water from the dramatic exit

All in all another great day out....
Cheers Rob :beerjug:

Damn, where's my front wheel ?

Well, yes, that was a bit too close for comfort, but you've got to learn somewhere. We'd been crossing rocky fords and streams
all day and then this one, which, for want of a better description, had a rather muddy bottom and I didn't have the necessary momentum to carry me through.
There you go it's all an education here :blast :blast :blast :thedummy

The start of the day was a bit overgrown and great fun

Then up to Rhayder for a track that was a lot wetter than when we did it last week, can't think why :augie

here's Garry, he's forgotten his plough but he's doing a fair job anyway, the top left hand corner of the piccie,
no it's not a flock of birds in the distance

My baby, she's so goooood

P1000657.jpg

Does anyone know these two ?? well tell them off, that's a byway, road legal vehicles only :aidan :aidan :aidan

P1000659.jpg

and great views

P1000663.jpg

and more water, Garry in total control, but you should've seen him on the way back, the hole on the other side was deep
enough to cover the cylinders with wet slime. Damn I missed the shot of
the surprised look on Garry's face

P1000665.jpg

well that's it , not too many pictures but a great day out

cheers Garry

Rob

Sponsors get full access to the various sections of the website, there is a link at the top of the page, next to the ebike advert.

Shouldn't stop you seeing the pictures... have you tried to view them at home?
