Anyone got any recommendations for a waterproof one-piece over-suit that I can keep in the panniers that is:

a) waterproof

b) easy to get into and out of, without having to dislocate shoulders and ankles whilst hopping on the spot.

Ta.

The BMW one... They are totally waterproof, very well tailored and top quality... can't ask for any more really:thumb2

Ive had the halvarsons wet-stop for a few years. Its an excellent bit of kit but its slightly heavy which makes it warm in the summer.

I've heard people from the States rave about Frogs Toggs as an alternative to expensive Goretex products. I know that I can buy a 2 piece suit for about £35 incl shipping ($60). Anyone else know anything about these?

Anyone got the name/catalogue number of the BMW one-piece suit? What's the sizing on these? Whose the best dealer to get one from?

Personally, I'd get the cheapest one that fits. They all seem to be as waterproof as each other, and they only ever last one season in my world* regardless of how well made/expensive they are. By the end of the winter they are generally quite ripped up, broken zips etc and basically shagged so it's one set a year for me :thumb

Just bought the RST version from m&p for £30 - seems as good as any.

Pluck

*Worth pointing out that I'm one of those that goes for non-waterproof-specific biking gear for general use, and then a waterproof oversuit for when it's really wet - so they get a lot of use in the winter.
