ive ridden this green lane a few times recently , the latest time was yesterday , however at both ends was a metal sign the same type used at roadworks etc , saying ROAD CLOSED 
Any way i carried on and basically there were no obstructions ( apart from the obvious mud ,rocks ,water etc
) at one point there did look like they had been working improving the drainage ie digging /cleanig out some ditches .
there were certainly no TRO or other notices visible , does anyone else know whats going on ie is it ok to carry on riding it ? or is there somewhere /some person you can contact to find out ??
