They all said it would piss down rain today. Well they were wrong.
A bit breezy but otherwise sunny and warm. Typical Scottish weather.
Intended going to watch the racing at Knockhill, but at 1.45 they wanted 12 quid. The racing was half way through by then.
Bimbled up the reservoir roads instead. Up upper Glendevon and watched the fishing folk. I should have brought me rod.
Twas nice.
Came across a guy who had just been tossed off his honda supermoto when his front wheel locked on a bend. No gloves, jeans ... well, half a jean and two half palms. Looked sore. Made me think after my posting re hot clothing not long ago.
I unbolted his brake caliper for him and he rode home giving me a cheery/bloody wave as he went.

i can tell you.... you weren't riding from Coleraine to Glenavy this afternoon

i was retuning the Grim reapers kiddie coffins to Kyle and it bucket'ed down there was a mini ford on the road to his.... and half his garage had turned in to a lake :D

note to self.... put the fecking liners in the toerags... or they're not waterproof :(

Glad to say that my recent purchase of the Dainese Gator suit lived up to expectations today. :thumb Absolutely chucked it down after chatting to Thunder in Balloo while slobbering over his aquisition of a Two Brothers Racing pipe. At least I can go to Scotland on the 5th with some confidence in staying dry come whatever the weather. :bounce1
