just to let you know the weather has been absolutly crap the last days, lots of rain, temperatures of 12-14 C at 300m and snow above 1500m. So new snow on all the passes... be aware!!!

Unpredictable weather

Just to make you jealous, this was the weather in Andermatt one month ago.
When we were leaving UK for Alps there was still snow there, but when we came, sunshine for a whole week. The temperatures in the valeys were climbing up to 25C.

Yes I can confrim - I tried driving over the Furka Pass yesterday in the morning, the signs were saying closed, I did manage to get through but only with winter tyres and 4 wheel drive.
