Hi all,

As some of you guys liked the idea of a USB socket but thought the price a bit steep, we've reduced the price on these to £19.99 (saving £3.00). P&P's another £0.95.

Nice and easy to install, ring terminals go straight on your battery terminals.

There are lots of uses for this although the majority of my customers use it to power their Iphone/smartphone.

See pic of installation on Blobbys 800gs (cheers Blobby)

How

Most smart phones take a 5v voltage to charge or run them, same for most sat nav units. So does your USB socket drop the 12v battery down to 5v so as not to over charge the battery on the connected equipment?

Hi Ian,
Yes there is a built in regulator to drop from 12v to 5v dc. Output is 1amp.

Regards, Colin
