It’s a Birmingham made Stringray model which I understand was first purchased in the mid 90’s and has been used for occasional vermin control etc since then. There’s signs of cosmetic wear on the stock through use but the rifle was stripped/serviced professionally about 7 years ago and fitted with a suppressor, new seals and a replacement spring. I believe it was chronographed at about 11.6ft lb with JSB Exact pellets. It’s probably seen a 200 pellets since then as I’ve used it for a couple of months at the local range.

There’s no signs of rust on any of the steel parts and the two stage trigger has a nice feel for a mass produced rifle. The safety catch is fully functional and there’s a new Hawke 2-7x32 scope fitted.

Basically everything works as it should and would make a great addition to any one who wants an old school ‘springer’ from Brum!

Am based in Southampton and so would ideally like a face to face exchange but will consider RM48 at cost.

I’m looking at a guide price of GBP 275 excluding postage and happy to supply any additional pictures/answer any questions as required.

PS: This is the same rifle that was advertised back in April but I can’t work out how to remove the original advert.
