Welder around Cambridge/ East Anglia ?

Having found that my Remus was too close to pannier frames on my 1150 GSA,(metal TT ones), it looks like I might be needing services of a welder to maybe alter near side pannier frame, and to adjust my Y piece to move the Remus over towards the wheel ( ie away from pannier frame).
So, long shot, but anybody have any experience of a possible welder type person around East Anglia/Cambridge are please ?
Any help appreciated.

Wouldn't it be easier to fit a stubby pipe?

Oh yes - I have a cat donated by DaveGS, and a stubby from Nick Marshall ( it's one of Bryn's !). So plan is to fit stubby, and if that's all fine, probably keep it on.
If I keep it on, I thought I might get a dodgy frame from someone, and get it welded so's I can then have a bigger nearside pannier.....and also maybe get Y piece so that it's OK with the Remus, as an option, or if I come to sell bike at any time.

So, that's the plan .....but really, a good excuse to run a stubby -always liked the idea when I first saw them A cunning plan Mr Blackadder.....
