Welder \ Fabricator recommendations ?

Hey All

I'm looking to get a couple of alterations made to my pannier frames and need someone who can basically fabricate up and weld on a couple of brackets to my pannier frames tubing. Anyone know of someone local(ish) ? Anywhere in the central belt. I live in Falkirk but work in Edinburgh and spend a lot of time in (pubs) in Glasgow.

have pointed a mate from C'nauld to this, he's out of work with a bust leg, but has built frames for another mate's FZ1.
