7pm - pub is just outside Bridgnorth on the road to Ludlow.

Still got an egg on the top of my foot, should have gone in sooner for stitches
Will try and get my boot on this weekend and get out on the bike.

Will be six weeks since I used it last, the longest period for a good few years.

Sorry - now changed calendar to one for 2018.....

meetings are always on Wednesdays so guess that should be the 7th. I may be late as working in Birmingham and not finishing there until 6pm.
