West Wales weekend........

Al as discussed, I will be there either on my bike Friday night at 630ish or on Saturday morning with Mel and Jack in the camper ( Mel is fence sitting at the moment  as she is worried about keeping Jack entertained etc)
Anymore WAGS going BTW

Water melon and rum at the ready :D

I believe Linda is bringing the cawl down by car sometime on Saturday, not sure how long she's staying though. Give Al a bell.

Hi chaps,
Friday is almost here and I for one am looking forward to to this, catching up with old friends and meeting new ones.
Have a safe ride down to camp and I'll see you all there.
Al

Sorry - wont be able to make this as SWMBO has now booked for us to go to London for the weekend

Gonna be a whole lot more expensive :eek::eek:

Perhaps next time?

:blast:blast Just sorting out my gear for the weekend and putting things in the correct places, phone goes----- forgot I had a 50th party to go to on the Friday in Brizzol, Mel says she will go on her own but its an ex-Navy mate, who Mel doesn't know :blast will have to try and juggle a bit. Will be defo down on the Saturday though, can't miss the Cawl and Crusty bread, plus Linda will punch me!:augie

Don't forget to call in Tesco for breakfast on the way Al:augie:thumby:

Still packing,
Nick, I have got two lots of Breakfast gear in the freezer and a man chilli for the Friday night defrosting waiting to go in the cool bag just incase I can dodge this party. (need accom in Brizzol Premier inn and a secure place to hide the bike and gear, first though, or its a non starter) :P

Got a room, shared freebie, but no place for bike yet:eek: Will find out Friday am:rolleyes: Mel is off Friday afternoon to Colerne army family day with her family,, so she's out!
Anyway
Just finished packing and have packed two tarps, just in case :bow:bow
Al/nick it may be a good idea to get a circle of tents going with a picnic table or two in the middle with a tarp or two over, JUST in case it rains:augie:bow:bow
Not bringing watermelon just RUM :jager:jager

A hard rain's agonna fall. But not until Sunday Al! Time to play, and catch up, see you tomorrow evening ( if you can swing it)

Well, did it rain?
Hope it stayed dry for y'all.
Sorry I failed again. Duty calls and all that :~(
How was the cawl ?

Hi Phil, it rained on way down but stopped just before we got there, and rained all the way home again although most people got away early before the weather closed in.Saturday was glorious sunshine and everyone was blown away by the roads and scenery. Had a good rideout and plenty of cawl and raised some cash for the air ambulance. I expect somephotos will appear here soon, if not take a peek on the adventure bike rider site, plenty on there. Hope all is well with the new job and we'll catch up soon, Nick.

Good to catch up yesterday, and make new friends. Great ride out and evening atmosphere, and a very tasty cawl. Thanks Al for all your hard work.
