Cam chain tensioner, must be for the "central" one.

Not cam-chain tensioner - they're on the barrel. Could be oil pressure relief valve, perhaps. Difficult to say from the diagram.

OIl Pressure relief valve right side front of the engine block you'll see a big allen plug that's it
