What Brake Pads

DP pads are very good.

I have some in at the moment, but the deliver is very erratic and when they've run out it could be one week or one month until i get the next delivery.

I think I have them on the front, off yourself and they feel at least as good as OEM and are significantly cheaper.

Thanks everyone, I had just assumed that at 10k on them asking another 4k or so may be a bit much, perhaps I should go and measure them first.

You don't need to measure them, just get down on your knees and use your eyes! If you can't see the slots in the pads they're buggered, if you can, they're not. (page 109 in the riders manual)

Looks like brake pads could be the new 'tyres' - very obviously a very personal thing

Is it right what I'm told that smearing engine oil over them improves the performance .....sorry to ask & i hope that no one has asked before...what oil should i use???
